Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. No questions, no partial charges.
How long is a free interview?
Free interviews run for up to 10 minutes. When time is up, the interview ends, your answers are still scored, and you get your report. Paid plans have no time limit, so you can practice full-length interviews.
What counts as an interview?
Each interview you start counts once, however long it runs. Interviews that fail to start because of an error on our side don't count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You can still read every report and use your skill graph. Starting a new interview waits until your period resets, or you can upgrade.
What's the Interview Sprint?
A one-time payment for 30 days of Pro-level practice. It doesn't renew, which suits a short, focused job search.
